Heidi McAnnally-Linz, Founder and Project Manager

Heidi McAnnally-Linz is the Executive Director of the International Humanitarian Foundation. She first came to Santiago Atitlán in March 2004 as a student at Haverford College. After graduating from Haverford, she spent a year as a Thomas J. Watson Fellow studying indigenous organization throughout Latin America, and in August 2007, she returned to Santiago to launch Just Apparel.




Ryan McAnnally-Linz, Founder and Project Manager

Ryan McAnnally-Linz is the Vice President of Communications and the Guatemala Partnership Manager for the IHF. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Ryan began working with artisans in Santiago in June 2005. He currently lives in Santiago.






Dolores Vásquez Reanda, Guatemalan General Manager

Dolores Vásquez Reanda is one of the most educated and influential women in Santiago. She graduated with a diploma in administration from the Colegio Teresa Martín in Quetzaltenango and has worked as a secretary and administrator for various community organizations and government offices. More importantly, however, Dolores has years of experience translating from Spanish to the Tz'utujil indigenous language and working with artisan women striving to improve the quality and marketability of their handicrafts.
